Specification level: high flow injection molding
Product application: thin meat products with more mold cavities and less filling.
Note: processing characteristics: Delrin 900p has excellent molding characteristics with high fluidity and low viscosity.
Product: similar to Delrin 500, but slightly lower tensile elongation and impact strength

POM加工工艺：

可通过注塑、挤出、吹塑成型

干燥：正常*干燥，长期不正确储存时，温度80-110℃下3-4小时

注塑温度：190-210℃(低于230℃，均聚)，180-220℃(低于250℃，共聚)模具温度：60-90℃，精密件90-120℃注射压力：50～100MPa。

注射速度：5～50mm/s（0.3～3m/min）。中压、中速、低料温、较高模温注

流道和浇口：可以使用任何类型的浇口。如果使用隧道形浇口，则好使用较短的类型。对于均聚物材料建议使用热注嘴流道。对于共聚物材料既可使用内部的热流道也可使用外部热流道。
