PA6汽车应用概述：PA6在汽车上应用广泛，汽车是塑料重要和快速增长的市场，PA6具有良好的综合能，密度低，容易成型，设计自由度大，隔热绝缘，而且在模具和组装成本上也有明显的优势。PA6不仅拉伸强度高、冲击能优而且热变形温度高、耐热、摩擦系数低，耐磨损、自润滑、耐油、耐化学能优，而且特别是适于用玻纤或其他材料填充增强改，提升材料能和档次，满足终部件和客户需求。目前PA6汽车制品种类繁多，如散热器箱、前格栅、加热器箱、散热器叶片、转向柱罩、尾灯罩、吸附罐、定时齿轮外罩、风扇叶片、各种齿轮、散热器水室、空气滤清器外壳、进气歧管、控制开关、进气导管、真空连接管、安全气囊、电气仪表外壳、刮水器、泵叶轮、轴承、衬套、阀座、车门把手、车轮罩等，总之，涉及汽车发动机部件、电气部件、车身部件和安全气囊等多部位。其中汽车发动机罩下零部件用量大，这是由于汽车向小型化、轻量化发展，发动机室体积缩小，温度升高，要求机罩下部件更耐高温，而PA6通过改，能充分达到上述要求。有工业分析家认为PA6部件不仅起保护作用，还有美观作用。

The mold temperature of PA6 processing is 80-90 ℃, and the mold temperature has a significant eff on the crystallinity, which in turn affs the mechanical properties of pstic parts. The crystallinity is very important for structural parts, so it is recoended that the mold temperature be 80-90 ℃. For thin-walled and long process parts, higher mold temperature is also recoended. Increasing mold temperature can improve the strength and stiffness of pstic parts, but reduce the toughness. If the wall thickness is greater than 3 , it is recoended to use a low-temperature die with 20-40 ℃. For gss fiber reinforced materials, the mold temperature should be higher than 80 ℃.

The chemical and physical properties of PA6 are simir to that of PA66. However, its melting point is low and the process temperature range is wide. Its impact resistance and solubility are better than PA66, but its hygroscopicity is also stronger. Because many quality characteristics of pstic parts are affed by hygroscopicity, it should be fully considered when using PA6 to design products. In order to improve the mechanical properties of PA6, various modifiers are often added. Gss fiber is the most coon additive, sometimes in order to improve the impact resistance of synthetic rubber, such as EPDM and SBR. For products without additives, the shrinkage of PA6 is between 1% and 1.5%. The addition of gss fiber additive can reduce the shrinkage to 0.3% (but it is slightly higher in the dirion perpendicur to the process).
