PC Basic Description:

PC是分子主链中含有碳酸酯基的聚合物统称为聚碳酸酯，根据醋基结构可分为脂肪族、芳香族、脂肪族一芳香族等多种类型。目前商业化聚碳酸醋的基本结构为芳香族代。由于代是一种综合性能优良的非晶型热塑性树脂, 具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性, 较高的耐热性和耐寒性还具有自熄、易增强、阻燃、无毒、卫生、能着色等优点，聚碳酸醋是增长速度快的通用工程塑料，目前聚碳酸醋的工业化装置基本上都是采用界面缩聚法工艺, 主要工艺是将双酚与烧碱溶液配制成双酚钠盐, 同时加人酚, 然后送人反应器内, 加人二氯甲烷, 通进行化反应,反应完后将反应液送到缩聚反应器内, 加人和烧碱溶液, 进行缩聚反应.
