PC热性能： 在通用工程塑料中，聚碳酸酯的耐热性还算是较好的，其分解温度在300℃以上，长期工作温度可高达120℃；同时它具有良好的耐寒性，脆化温度低达-100℃；其长期使用温度范围是-60~120℃。

PC物化性能： 纯PC树脂是一种无定形、无味、无嗅、无毒、透明的热塑性聚合物，分子量一般的20000~70000范围内，相对密度1.18~1.20，玻璃化温度140~150℃，熔220~230℃。聚碳酸酯具有一定的耐化学腐蚀性，耐油性优良.
由于聚碳酸酯的非结晶性，分子间堆砌不够致密，芳香烃、氯代烃类有机溶剂能使其溶胀或溶解，容易引起溶剂开裂现象。耐碱性较差。
